Returns & Cancellation Policy
Stock Items - Stock items may be returned unused in their original packaging subject to a 20% handling charge. Please contact our sales office to arrange collection. Stock items may be cancelled at any time before despatch without incurring any penalty.
Non-Stock Items - Non-stock items have been ordered in or manufactured specifically for your order and are non-returnable. Non-stock items may be cancelled before despatch but will be subject to penalty surcharges for all manufacturing work carried out.
Delivery Dates
Stock Items - Stock items are generally despatched within 3-7 working days from receipt of your order.
Non-Stock Items - Non-stock items are subject to manufacturing lead times and factory
holidays. These items can take up to six weeks for delivery. Our customer service staff will be happy to advise you further. Please note all delivery dates are approximate.
Guarantee
Guarantees vary from product to product. Our minimum guarantee is one year but this extends up to ten years on some products. Our customer service staff will be happy to advise you further in this area.
Any faulty or damaged products will be repaired or replaced as necessary by ourselves at our cost. Please telephone our customer service advisors with your original order details and we will make the appropriate arrangements.
All quality issues are recorded and monitored in accordance with our ISO9001 Quality Assurance Procedures.
Delivery/Prices
Prices include delivery, assembly and installation within mainland UK only. All prices exclude VAT.
